MazeCube(Lite) is a three dimensional Maze Game, a logic puzzle for the brain. It contains 48 all new Mazes; now with color, sound, portals and moves features and smooth moving from location to location. You start at one corner on the top level of a Maze Cube (the green Start location in the Graphic) and you have to move to the opposite corner on the bottom level of the Maze Cube (the light blue Finish location in the Graphic).

(Also available for purchase as Maze Cube, a version with 1600 mazes or upgrade to 1600 mazes through an In App Purchase.)
You will see your Current Position in the Maze Cube (the blue location in the Graphic), and the walls of the Maze Cube, but you cant see all of the locations in the Maze Cube at one time. Instead, you will only see a Horizontal Slice (the two dimensional slice of the level of your Current Position in the Maze Cube) and a Vertical Column (the one dimensional slice of the locations directly above and below your Current Position in the Maze Cube). Each Horizontal Slice level is displayed in a different color.

Touch and move your finger within the Horizontal Slice or the Vertical Column to move to any location that is accessible to your Current Position on your Horizontal Slice or Vertical Column. Tap the screen to drop or retrieve a breadcrumb mark to help you find your way in the Maze Cube. If you need help, use the "Show Best Move" button. An optional "Moves" counter shows the number of moves remaining at all times.

Maze Cubes can have from 3 to 10 cubes on each edge. This free version, MazeCube(Lite), offers 6 mazes of each size (4 Standard mazes and 2 Complex mazes), a total of 48 different mazes. [Full versions or In App Purchase upgrades of Maze Cube (available for purchase at the App Store) offer 100 mazes of each size and difficulty level, a total of 1600 mazes.] Walls in the maze can be normal or porous. The open portals (walls, floors and ceilings) at all locations can be displayed indicating whether you can advance from that location in that direction.

Shown below is a Graphic that describes the Maze Cube, three mazes and the Select Maze screen used to select from the 48 mazes.
- The first maze has 6 cubes on each side. The Marker is shown on the 1st (top) Horizontal Slice. The breadcrumbs (not usually displayed) mark the path that the Marker took to get to its Current Location on the 1st level – and the path it can take to get down to the 4th (yellow) level.
- The second maze has 10 cubes on each side and the Marker is on the 7th (violet) level. There are 10 moves remaining.
- The third maze has 4 cubes on each side and the Marker is shown on the 2nd (red) level. The open portals (walls, ceilings and floors) are indicated in the display. Although the Marker can go down to the bottom (yellow) level, that location is a dead end because it has no open walls.
